Pumpkin Fritters


  • 250 g boiled pumpkin (I make it in the microwave so it doesn’t catch so much water)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 80-90g flour
  • 1 tsp yeast powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • A splash of brandy, sweet rum …
  • (frying oil and sugar for sprinkle)


Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and cook it (you can do it in a saucepan over the heat with water) I cook it in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Whip the pumpkin until puree it and add all the ingredients for the dough.

Put oil in a frying pan and when it is very hot, add pumpkin balls with a spoon. (You can use a pastry bag or a bag).

Once fried on all sides, take them out on absorbent paper and sprinkle with brown sugar.
