Pumpkin Berry Custard


  • 1 bowl of cooked pumpkin pulp
  • 2 tablespoons of kuzu powder (found in grocery stores oriental)
  • 1 tablespoon of panela
  • 1 vegetable yogurt
  • 1 glass of berries cooked blueberries
  • Candy made with brown sugar


Beat the pumpkin with the yogurt and panela. mix the kuzu in a little filtered water. put everything together on the fire and turn to thicken. fill the bottom of a rectangular mold with the caramel. add the flan on top, let cool.

Unmold and put the berries.
