Normally I usually add green leaves, which are a great source of vegetable protein and provide us with minerals and vitamins necessary for our body, it leaves a uglier color, but it is much more nutritious. If you are not used to having green smoothies or shakes, start with spinach because it hardly adds any flavor. My favorite greens are kale and spinach, but either option is fine.

  • Instead of peanut butter you can use almond butter or any other nut. Another option is to add some nut milk and add a handful of oatmeal or directly add a handful of nuts or seeds and use oatmilk like we did.
  • If you can’t have oatmeal, use any other non-dairy milk.
  • You can enrich your shake with green leaves, superfoods, vegetable protein or any ingredient you like.
