Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white beans
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoons starch of corn (cornstarch) or rice flour
- Condiments of choice, I used paprika
- For topping:
- Tomato Sauce
- Vegan Cheese li>
- Olives, tomatoes span> dried, arugula, etc.
Preparation
Soak the white beans overnight or for at least 8 hours, then discard the soaking water and cook in new water until soft. Once warm, remove the skin.
Aside, cut the onion and garlic and sauté with a splash of olive oil.
Place the beans, onion, garlic and cornstarch in the processor, add the seasonings of your choice and mix until a paste remains.
Brush a pizza pan with olive oil (or vegetable spray) and place the mixture pressing with a spoon so that it is even.
Bake to the oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 min.
Add the sauce and the vegan cheese and leave a few more minutes in the oven.
Add the toppings that the more you like, and enjoy!
