Pizza with bean and paprika dough

  • 2 cups cooked white beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 tablespoons starch of corn (cornstarch) or rice flour
  • Condiments of choice, I used paprika
  • For topping:
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Vegan Cheese
  • Olives, tomatoes dried, arugula, etc.

Soak the white beans overnight or for at least 8 hours, then discard the soaking water and cook in new water until soft. Once warm, remove the skin.

Aside, cut the onion and garlic and sauté with a splash of olive oil.

Place the beans, onion, garlic and cornstarch in the processor, add the seasonings of your choice and mix until a paste remains.

Brush a pizza pan with olive oil (or vegetable spray) and place the mixture pressing with a spoon so that it is even.

Bake to the oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 min.

Add the sauce and the vegan cheese and leave a few more minutes in the oven.

Add the toppings that the more you like, and enjoy!
