Pisto manchego


  • 1/2 zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 onion, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Salt
  • Oil


In a pan, fry the tomato, add a pinch of salt.

In another pan, fry: zucchini, onion and paprika and a pinch of salt.

When all the ingredients are well cooked, mix them all in a pan, stir, let cook for 5 more minutes and then let stand until ready to serve.

I accompany it with bread.
