The pipirrana, pimpirrana, piriñaca or picadillo is a typical Andalusian salad, very simple, refreshing and delicious. It has multiple names, but I know it by pipirrana. I have always believed that it was a Malaga salad but when searching the internet its origin has not been entirely clear to me, since there are different opinions, so we leave it in Andalusian salad.
