Pipazzo vegan pizza (bell peppers)


  • 1 red pepper (bell pepper)
  • 2 tbsp. of tomato in cubes (of tin cans) < / li>
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper and oregano


Cut the pepper into large pieces, with your hands, and put it in a frying pan with a splash of olive oil. Saute for a couple of minutes and add the garlic. sauté two or three more minutes.

Add the diced tomato (otherwise, tomato puree) and sauté until the pepper is almost soft. season with salt and pepper and oregano.

Place on the pre-cooked pizza and heat it in the oven.
