Ingredients

  5. • 1 cup stevia or agave powder
  6. • 400 g fresh, ripe pineapple or 1 can pineapple (400 g)
  7. • 2/3 cup melted soy powder margarine or peanut oil
  8. • ½ cup Provamel Coconut Rice Drink
  9. • 1 pinch salt
  10. • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well .
  • Dice the pineapple and puree with a hand blender to a coarse paste.
  • Pureate the pineapple and other wet ingredients stir in the dry ingredients until smooth.
  • Take a muffin tin and place muffin tins in each tin.
  • Batter to ¾ in fill the molds.
  • Sprinkle with some coconut powder.
  • Put in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.< /li>
