Ingredients
- • 2 cups spelled flour
- • 2 teaspoons baking powder
- • 4 tablespoons coconut powder
- • 1 cup stevia or agave powder
- • 400 g fresh, ripe pineapple or 1 can pineapple (400 g)
- • 2/3 cup melted soy powder margarine or peanut oil
- • ½ cup Provamel Coconut Rice Drink
- • 1 pinch salt
- • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well .
- Dice the pineapple and puree with a hand blender to a coarse paste.
- Pureate the pineapple and other wet ingredients stir in the dry ingredients until smooth.
- Take a muffin tin and place muffin tins in each tin.
- Batter to ¾ in fill the molds.
- Sprinkle with some coconut powder.
- Put in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.< /li>
