Pie pie


  • 1 packet of seitan
  • 1 cup flour
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • breadcrumbs
  • sparkling water
  • sunflower oil


1. In a bowl, make the dough for the batter with the flour, sparkling water and a little salt, which has a not very thick consistency and put it to cool in the fridge for 1/2 hour. (If after this time it gets too thick, add cold sparkling water).

2. Heat plenty of oil for frying. pass the seitan first through the batter paste and then through the breadcrumbs on both sides. fry on both sides until crispy.

3. place it on absorbent paper to drain the oil and serve hot.
