For the pesto: crush the basil leaves in a mortar, enough to cover the dough, a clove of garlic, a splash of olive oil, pine nuts and sesame, enough to thicken the sauce, a tablespoon of hot water and salt to taste.
Put the pesto on top of the dough and place the tomato slices on top.
