- 6 bananas, frozen
- 2 tbsp peanut butter/almond butter
- 1/4 cup water or plant-based milk< /li>
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until creamy.
- Add more water or plant-based milk if necessary to achieve the desired consistency .
- Pour into a bowl or glass and serve with your favorite toppings.
