As a child I was a bit particular with food, there were many things that I did not like, especially those of plant origin and now, I am vegan, curious right? That’s why whenever someone tells me that I couldn’t be vegan or eat a vegetarian diet, I tell them that if I could, everyone can.

Puré de Guisantes.- Este puré de guisantes es de esas recetas que están tan ricas que parece mentira que sea tan fácil de hacer. ¡Está listo en unos 15 minutos!



  • 2 tazas de guisantes congelados (280 g)
  • 1/4 taza de agua del tiempo (65 ml)
  • 1/2 aguacate
  • 1 cucharada de levadura nutricional o de cerveza
  • 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 1/4 cucharadita de sal
  • 1/8 cucharadita de pimienta negra
  • El zumo de 1/2 limón


  1. We cook the peas following the instructions on the package .
  2. Strain them and put them in a blender or food processor along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. We beat until all the ingredients are well integrated.
  4. To decorate we have added a little soy yogurt, chia seeds and basil leaves.< /li>
  5. You can store the puree in the fridge in an airtight container. It can last about 4 or 5 days.


  • I haven’t tried this recipe with fresh peas, but I guess it will work fine.
  • Instead of avocado you can add any other healthy fat.
  • Add your favorite spices and herbs.
