Paté de lentejas

This is as far as the traditional ingredients of hummus. Next, I wanted to let my unique creativity fly a little and I decided to add two ingredients to it, something out of the ordinary. On the one hand, I have added a good portion of chopped chives. I wanted to give the pâté a fresh touch and color, and nothing better than a little chives to fulfill my objective. And on the other hand, already you imagine it, right? Indeed, I have put a small spoonful of mugi miso. Don’t go overboard with the miso as it is a very concentrated product and we don’t want it to cancel the other aromas of the pâté.

  • 200 gr. of cooked lentils
  • 1 cp of garlic powder
  • 1 cp of mugi miso
  • 1 cc ground cumin
  • 20 ml. of lemon juice
  • A bunch of chives
  • Ground black pepper
  • < li class = "ingredient" itemprop = "ingredients"> Salt

  1. Chop the chives and set aside.
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients in a container. Blend everything with the hand blender until you get a thick and uniform pâté.
  3. Add the chopped chives and mix it with the rest of the vegan pâté.
