pasta with parsnip


  • 1 small zucchini,
  • 1 small red bell pepper,
  • Fresh ginger,
  • 1 fresh turmeric root,
  • 4 cardamom pods,
  • 300gr of cooked short pasta


Chop the onion, the pepper, the zucchini and the parsnips.

Sauté in the wok until they lose a bit of texture.

< p>Add the minced ginger and turmeric.

Add the paste and stir a few times.
