- 1 small zucchini,
- 1 small red bell pepper,
- Fresh ginger,
- 1 fresh turmeric root,
- 4 cardamom pods,
- 300gr of cooked short pasta
Chop the onion, the pepper, the zucchini and the parsnips.
Sauté in the wok until they lose a bit of texture.
