  • 2 càc Huile
  • 3 poivrons moyens , refinement in tranches
  • sel , poivre et paprika fumé pour goût
  • Preparation

  • Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add the oil and distribute. Add the pepper slices and fry until golden brown on the edges. After a minute, cover and steam for 2-3 minutes to cook faster, then uncover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and smoked paprika powder and stir.
