  • In a small bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, 4 tablespoons oatmeal yogurt, and maple syrup and stir with a spoon.  
  • Add oatmeal and stir a few more times. Press down with a spoon to ensure all of the oatmeal is moistened and submerged in the almond milk. Cover tightly and leave overnight or at least 6 hours let it set in the fridge. :160,"335559740":240}” > 
  • The next day If necessary, loosen with a little water (or milk). Topped with oatmeal yoghurt or berries of your choice. :160, "335559740":240}”> 
  • Note that Overnight Oats do keep in the fridge for 2-3 days, better in the first 12 days. 24 hours.
