Overnight Hazelnut Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  1. • 500 ml Provamel soy alternative to yogurt without sugar
  2. • 100 g rolled oats
  3. • Cinnamon
  4. • 50 g mixed nuts
  5. • 1 banana, diced

Procedure

  • Mix the rolled oats, alternative yogurt, soy and cinnamon
  • Fill a mason jar with a layer of the oatmeal< /li>
  • Add a layer of banana and walnuts
  • Another layer of oatmeal and top again with banana and walnuts
  • < /ul>

    • Leave in the fridge for 1 night
