Ingredients
- • 500 ml Provamel soy alternative to yogurt without sugar
- • 100 g rolled oats
- • Cinnamon
- • 50 g mixed nuts
- • 1 banana, diced
Procedure
- Mix the rolled oats, alternative yogurt, soy and cinnamon
- Fill a mason jar with a layer of the oatmeal< /li>
- Add a layer of banana and walnuts
- Another layer of oatmeal and top again with banana and walnuts
- Leave in the fridge for 1 night
