Ingredients

  • 7 Cups of Traditional Flour
  • 2 Cups of Orange Juice
  • 2 Raisin Cups
  • ¼ Palm Honey Cup
  • 2 Yeast Envelopes
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Peel Grate
  • 2 Teaspoons of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Preparation

The step-by-step preparation of this delicious preparation of sweet cuisine for vegetarians is very simple. First, in a saucepan, add the raisins, palm syrup, orange peel zest, and orange juice.

Mix the above ingredients, heat until the fruit softens, and stir well . Watch and do not let it boil.

Once the mixture is lukewarm, dissolve the yeast.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350º.
