Onigirazu

Ingredients

  • 2 cups well-cooked and cold rice.
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 remolacha rallada
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Lettuce
  • 4 slices of tofu
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Soy Sauce
  • 1 avocado on fetas

Preparation

To assemble, you have to place the nori seaweed in a diamond shape on plastic wrap and in the opposite way, assemble a square of rice in the center.

The sides of the square of rice are parallel to the tip of the seaweed.

Arrange the ingredients and add another layer of rice. close it with the nori seaweed.

Wrap it and press it well with plastic wrap to give it a square shape.

Leave them in the fridge for 30′ and they are ready to eat.

Accompany them with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
