- 2 cups whole oats
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- apple juice
- pinch of salt
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- ½ cup of grated coconut
- 2 tbsp tablespoons coconut oil
Hydrate the blueberries with apple juice.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: oatmeal, coconut, salt, cinnamon and sunflower seeds.
On the side, heat the oil and sugar until they are well integrated.
Pour over the dry ones and stir well.
Add the drained blueberries and arrange on a plate square with parchment paper previously brushed.
Crush well with a spatula and mark the bars. cook until they take color. let cool and voila!
