Ingredients
- 200g coarse oats
- 100g oat bran
- 50g of bitter cocoa
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- Vegan milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Process all the ingredients, except the milk. add the vegan milk you want little by little until you form a soft paste. make balls and flatten on a previously oiled silicone or parchment paper. cook for 15′ or until firm. vegan chocolate chips or bits can be added 5′ before cooking is complete.
