Ingredients
- 1 tablet of nougat
- 200 ml. of vegetable cream (soy) to assemble
- 1 glass of vegetable milk (soy)
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
Whip the cold cream. reserve in the refrigerator.
Beat the milk, the nougat, and the cornstarch. put the mixture in a saucepan and heat until it thickens.
Mix the nougat with the cream carefully so that the mixture does not go down too much.
Distribute the mixture in a cup of dessert and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. I served it with white berries, chocolate cream and cocoa nibs.
