• 250 gr. of noodles
  • 50 gr. of dehydrated shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 leek
  • 50 ml. of vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ounce dark chocolate < / li>
  • 25 gr. of pistachios
  • Chives
  1. Bring the shiitake to a boil to hydrate and soften them for about 10 min. We also lightly toast the pistachios and set them aside.
  2. When the mushrooms have boiled and are well drained, heat the wok and, when hot, fry the leek and shiitake with a little olive oil. When the leek begins to brown, add the vegetable broth, the soy sauce and the ounce of chocolate. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute. We reserve.
  3. We cook the noodles according to the manufacturer’s instructions. When they are done and well drained, add them to the wok and mix with the rest of the ingredients..
  4. Serve and decorate with the toasted pistachios and a little chopped chives .
