- 250 gr. of noodles
- 50 gr. of dehydrated shiitake mushrooms
- 1 leek
- 50 ml. of vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ounce dark chocolate < / li>
- 25 gr. of pistachios

- Bring the shiitake to a boil to hydrate and soften them for about 10 min. We also lightly toast the pistachios and set them aside.
- When the mushrooms have boiled and are well drained, heat the wok and, when hot, fry the leek and shiitake with a little olive oil. When the leek begins to brown, add the vegetable broth, the soy sauce and the ounce of chocolate. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute. We reserve.
