To say goodbye to 2017, I bring you a vegan, natural and non-alcoholic drink to toast the new year. A version of the traditional mimosa cocktail, which is made with champagne, orange juice and sugar.

- 3/4 taza de kombucha (200 ml)
- 3/4 taza de zumo de naranja (200 ml)
- Granos de granada para decorar (opcional)
Instructions
- Mix the kombucha and orange juice in a bowl or shaker and divide the mimosa cocktail between two glasses.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds to taste (optional).
- Ideally, make the cocktail just before serving, but it can be kept in the fridge for up to a day.
Notes
- I like the kombucha to be cold and the orange juice to be at room temperature.
- Instead of kombucha you could use water with gas, though it won’t have as much flavor.
- Add your preferred sweetener to taste if you prefer your mimosa to be sweeter.
