No-butter, no-refined sugar, and delicious no-bake cookie chips chocolate oat pancakes!


  • 1 sehr reif mittlere Banane
  • 1 TL Hefepulver
  • < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount">1 Charge Flachs-Ei < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient -notes wprm-recipe-ingredient-notes-faded">(1 EL (7g) Leinsamenmehl + 2 ½ EL (37ml) d Wasser wie im Originalrezept geschrieben)
  • 1 Prise Salz< /li>
  • 1/2 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • 1 < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit">zu Suppe Avocadoöl (optional)
  • 2/3 kleine Tasse milchfreie-milch (ich habe Mandeln verwendet)
  • 1 1/2 esslöffel Kakaopulver
  • 1/3 Tasse gerollt Hafer (oder glutenfreier Hafer)
  • 1/4 Tasse Vollkornmehl oder ungebleichtes Mehl (oder unter anderem Mehl)
  • 1/4 cup No-Bake-Cookie-Chips* (und mehr zum Belag – 2 EL als die Originalrezept geschrieben)


  • *To make no-bake cookie chips, combine 9 dates, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 1/2 tablespoons natural salted peanut butter, and 1/4 cup chocolate chips in Food processor until small crumbs remain and transfer to a bowl (amounts as in Ori initial recipe // adjust if batch size changes).
  • Preheat a pan over medium-high heat and heat the Prepare the flaxseed egg by mixing the flaxseed flour and water and letting stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Mash your ripe banana with baking powder.
  • Add L of flaxseed egg, oil, salt, vanilla and almond milk and stir er.

  • Add no-bake cookie chips and fold gently. Add more almond milk if it’s too thick.
  • Place 1/4 cup measuring spoon on a lightly greased griddle.< /div>

  • Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Be careful not to burn them – they will soften a little in the middle of the banana.
  • With another healthy spoonful of non-cookie chips bake – between layers if you dare.
