Nice liquorice cream


  1. 2 bananas, chopped and frozen overnight
  2. A little non-dairy milk
  3. 1t +1t + a dash of black molasses
  4. 2t fennel powder
  5. chopped walnuts for serving


  • Use a hand blender to puree the bananas, milk, 1 t molasses and fennel powder. You need to press firmly with the mixer. The mixture should be smooth.
  • Add an additional 1 tonne of blackstrap molasses and stir to create a rippling effect.
  • Pour into a bowl or glass and drizzle with some molasses.
  • Sprinkle with chopped walnuts to serve
