Ingredients
- 2 bananas, chopped and frozen overnight
- A little non-dairy milk
- 1t +1t + a dash of black molasses
- 2t fennel powder
- chopped walnuts for serving
Procedure
- Use a hand blender to puree the bananas, milk, 1 t molasses and fennel powder. You need to press firmly with the mixer. The mixture should be smooth.
- Add an additional 1 tonne of blackstrap molasses and stir to create a rippling effect.
- Pour into a bowl or glass and drizzle with some molasses.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts to serve
