Nachos with cheddar vegan!


  • 1 steamed carrot girl
  • ½ cup of steamed pumpkin
  • 1 steamed potato
  • pepper
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar
  • 4 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • ⅓ cup of oil
  • Water


Blend all the ingredients. vegetables must be peeled. Gradually add water until desired consistency is achieved. the more water, the more liquid. liquefy. heat in a pot. serve in a bowl and accompany with nachos.
