Naan bread: a bread ready in 30' and without kneading


  • 250g of flour 0000
  • 3g of dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • ⅓ cup of oil
  • Water c/n


Process all the ingredients. mix well to form a homogeneous mass that does not stick in the processor. let stand 15′. form buns. crush, stretch and let rest 5′. cook back and forth in a hot skillet.
