- 10 medium mushrooms.
- 100 ml water.
- 4 generous tablespoons of chickpea flour.
- Half a clove of garlic (optional to give it more flavor).
- Ground pepper. < / li>
- Abundant oil for frying.
- Lemon juice (optional). < / li>
In a mixing glass, add the water with the garlic and chickpea flour and mix. The mixture has to be somewhat dense, so it doesn’t drain too much, so we can add more flour or water to get the right texture.
Splash with salt and pepper to taste.
Put it in a bowl or deep plate.
Heat oil abundantly.
Clean the mushrooms well and remove the stem.
Bathe them whole in the mixture and take them to fry.
Turn them over so that they cook well on both sides until they are golden.
Put them out on a plate or dish where we will have put kitchen paper so that absorb excess oil.
A squeeze of squeezed lemon goes very well once served on the plate. Bon appetit!
