Mushroom with tomato and tofu


  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 grs. fresh mushrooms
  • Soybeans to taste
  • 20 tomatoes cherry
  • 150 grams tofu
  • Taste soy sauce to taste


Cut an onion and finely chop it, add a pinch of piloncillo.

Sauté in olive oil. add the tofu cut into cubes.

Add the filleted mushrooms and half fry the pan.

Cook until the mushrooms are soft and change their color, about 10 minutes over medium heat .

Add the bean sprouts and the cherry tomatoes cut in halves.

Add a splash of soy sauce.

Simmer for a few more minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Serve accompanied by bread with seeds.

(It is not necessary to add salt since the soy sauce contains. For people with restrictions, the reduced sodium soy sauce).
