- 1 kilo of mushrooms
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1 glass of white wine
- Olive oil
Chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them with the oil in a wide saucepan, until the onion is yellow.
