Mushroom stew


  • 1 kilo of mushrooms
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Olive oil


Chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them with the oil in a wide saucepan, until the onion is yellow.

Pour in the mushrooms and the peeled potatoes and chopped and wait for them to reduce a bit.

Add the glass of wine, and let it cook for about five minutes.

Now add the broth and paprika. cook until mushrooms are completely reduced.
