Mushroom Balls are a delicious vegan appetizer perfect for sharing

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (288 g) champignons frais hachĂ©
  • 1/2 (0.5) < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name">oignon moyen hachĂ©
  • 1/4 cup (56.75 g) vegĂ©talien vegetabil très doux ou fondu
  • 2 < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name"> Ĺ“ufs de lin

  • 1 cc pâte de gingembre
  • 1 cc pâte d’ail
  • 1/4 cc (0.25 cc) sel
  • 1/2 cĂ c (0, 5 cc) Allspice powder – optional span>
  • 1/4 cup (28 g) rapĂ© fromage non laitier
  • 1/2 cups < /span> (60 g) chapelure sèche assaisonnĂ©e< /li>

    Preparation

  • Mix everything except the breadcrumbs in a bowl until the mixture is creamy.
  • Add breadcrumbs to make it a bit firmer and form balls. I added all-purpose flour to dry the mixture more, making it easier to roll into balls.
  • Bake the balls on a baking sheet at 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C for about 20-25 minutes until the outer crust is brown.
  • Serve hot with ranch or green chutney!
