Mix everything except the breadcrumbs in a bowl until the mixture is creamy.
Add breadcrumbs to make it a bit firmer and form balls. I added all-purpose flour to dry the mixture more, making it easier to roll into balls.
Bake the balls on a baking sheet at 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C for about 20-25 minutes until the outer crust is brown.
Serve hot with ranch or green chutney!
