Mozzarella vegana

Ingredients
  • 180 g. of natural soy yogurt
  • 200 ml. of water
  • 200 ml. of sunflower oil
  • 25 g. of cassava starch
  • 1 cc of salt
  • 2 g. agar-powder agar
Preparation
  1. Pour the water into the blender jar and add the agar-agra. Mix well to dissolve.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat the mixture in a saucepan, stirring continuously until it starts to boil.
  4. Let it boil for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. After that time, remove from heat.
  5. Line a container (or several containers) with plastic wrap and pour the mixture. Cover and transfer the cheese to the refrigerator to cool.
  6. Once the cheese is solid and cold, it can be consumed.
