Morrones stuffed with wheat burgol

Ingredients

  • 150 g whole wheat
  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 small green onion (chives)
  • 1 small leek
  • 2 very small checkered bell peppers
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 or 2 large garlic clove
  • Oil
  • Soy Sauce

Preparation

Put the bulgur wheat in a container, add hot water until it absorbs and add water until the consistency is ready and the water is all absorbed.

Reserve the 4 large peppers and meanwhile we prepare all the other ingredients for a sauté, we put to fry.

On the other hand, we oil the roasting pan that will go to the oven.

We cut the 4 bell peppers to the half crosswise (horizontally), we put them in the roasting pan and put a teaspoon of soy sauce on each one.

Then, we mix the bulgur wheat with the braised one, add a little oil and place the preparation on the bell peppers.

Put in a strong oven for approx. 30 min or until the wheat looks crispy.
