Ingredients
  • 1 sweet onion
  • Salt
  • Fried onion
Preparation
  1. Julienne the onion.
  2. Put a generous amount of olive oil in a pan, add the onion and salt to taste, stir and let the onion caramelize on its own for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. When we remove the onion from the pan, we will leave it on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
  4. We place a portion of caramelized onion in the puff pastry and form the Neapolitan.
  5. Paint the Neapolitan with olive oil and bake. When we take the Neapolitans out of the oven, we will put a little fried onion on top.
