- 200 grs wholemeal flour,
- Pinch of salt,
- 125 grs vegetable margarine or oil,
- 2 tbsp baking powders.
- Cupcake mold.
- Ingredients for the filling:
- 250 grs of mushrooms,
- 80 grs of flaxseed flour,
- 80 ml of vegetable oil or margarine,
- 1 tomato,
- 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- Pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation of the dough: in a bowl, combine the flour with baking powder and mix. In a pan, melt the margarine without burning it and add it to the flour. Mix with your hands and if necessary add a little oil. We should have a dough with a crumbly texture. We cover and reserve for about 30 min. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180º and oil the molds. On a floured surface, spread the dough with your hands until you get a thickness of about 3-4 millimeters. We cut small circles for the molds. Carefully press the dough into the shape of the moulds. We bake for 4-5 minutes. Reserve.
Sauté the onion, garlic, mushrooms and tomato. Mix very well and once everything is cooked add the flaxseed flour. Stir and fill the tartlets. Bake again, this time for about 10 min. Let stand for a few minutes and remove the tartlets from the molds.
If you wish you can decorate with a little oregano, dill or rosemary.
