Ingredients
- 1/2 melon
- 6 Cdas of wine
- 1 bucket of vegetable broth
- Water
Preparation
Cut small balls from 1/2 melon.
Pour 6 tablespoons of wine (Port or another to taste) and place the melon balls there, soak for 1 hour.
Make the vegetable broth with the cube and water, according to the package instructions.
Serve the broth in a bowl and place the melon balls with a little wine.
