Mediterranean Tofu & vegetable package


  1. 1 sheet of vegan puff pastry
  2. 1 block of Taifun Basil Tofu (or similar)
  3. Mediterranean vegetables (olives , mushrooms, red peppers, red onions, spinach, capers)
  4. Dairy-free feta cheese
  5. Passata
  6. Fresh basil
  7. < li>Sea salt

  8. Black Pepper


  • Slightly sauté the tofu and vegetables until tender and lightly browned.
  • Add a little passata – just moist enough to make the mixture moist – and add the spices and stir.
  • While preparing the dough, allow the filling to cool.
  • Cut the pre-rolled sheet of dough into four equal squares.< /li>
  • Spoon a portion of the filling mixture into the center of each square of dough and sprinkle with feta cheese.
  • Fold the dough over the filling mixture and form the desired dough shape!
  • Any dough Lightly brush with a soy milk and olive oil mixture and prick with a fork.
  • Place in a preheated bowl, about 30 minutes or until batter is cooked through.
