- 1 ½ glass of fine soybeans
- 1 ½ glass of oats
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- Olive oil
- Oatmeal flour
- 2 vegetable pickles
- ½ glass of white wine
- 2 bay leaves
< li itemprop = "ingredients"> 2 potatoes
I have heated water in two containers. about to boil, I have removed them from the heat, and in each one I have added the cube (half and half) of vegetable broth and in each one the soy and the oats. I let it hydrate for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes I drained it and mixed it and added the garlic and parsley and half a tablespoon of salt. I have mixed it well and I have covered it and let it rest for a couple of hours.
When that time has passed, I have stirred it and I have put enough breadcrumbs until the dough did not stick too much to hands.
In a bowl I have put the oatmeal and I have been forming little balls and passing them through the flour.
In a frying pan I have put oil and when it was hot, I have fried the meatballs. I like them golden brown and they don’t stay “raw” inside. when he took them out he left them on absorbent paper. set aside.
Next, in the same pan as the meatballs, I fried the onion. the onion has to be finely chopped, especially if you have kids like me.
When the onion is done, add garlic and parsley powder, salt and pepper and stir well.
Cut the potatoes into squares and add them to the fire. stir.
Add the paprika. stir well.
Add the meatballs. We cover with water. Add the carrots (cut into thin slices), the bay leaf, the wine and the vegetable stock cube. and we put it to cook at maximum power.
When it cooks, we lower it to the minimum fire and we have it until the potatoes are ready.
