Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chiasamen
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 1 mango
- sliced < / li>
- and juice
- 150 ml almond milk (or other milk substitute)
Method
This recipe is for two servings
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined< /li> < li>Spread the mixture into two glasses
- Cover with cling film and put in the fridge overnight
