- 1 ½ EL ground cinnamon
- 2 cc ground ginger
- 1/4 cc Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 cc ground clove
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 1/8 cc freshly ground black pepper (optional)
- 1/8 cc ground cardamom (optional< /em>)
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, allspice, black pepper (optional), and cardamom (optional) and stir.
- Test the flavor and adjust to your personal preference by adding more cinnamon for sweetness, ginger for Pi Quant, nutmeg for nutty flavor, black pepper f For the spices, or cloves, allspice, or cardamom for emergencies.
- Store in a sealed container for up to 6 months or refrigerate longer.
