Ingredients
- 10 pitted dates
- 50 g ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons raw cocoa (or cocoa powder) / li>
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons solid coconut oil
- A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- 30 g macadamia nuts, finely chopped li>
- 30 g goji berries
- 30 g desiccated coconut
Procedure
- In a food processor, combine the dates, ground almonds, raw cocoa, maple syrup and coconut oil and blend on low speed. The ingredients should start to clump together; Once this is happening, you can increase the speed to get a smooth batter.
- In a bowl, mix the mixture with the macadamia nuts and goji berries.
- Shape small balls and brush with the coconut.
