Macadamia Goji Bliss Balls


  1. 10 pitted dates
  2. 50 g ground almonds
  3. 2 tablespoons raw cocoa (or cocoa powder)
  4. 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  5. 2 teaspoons solid coconut oil
  6. A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  7. 30 g macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  8. 30 g goji berries
  9. 30 g desiccated coconut


  • In a food processor, combine the dates, ground almonds, raw cocoa, maple syrup and coconut oil and blend on low speed. The ingredients should start to clump together; Once this is happening, you can increase the speed to get a smooth batter.
  • In a bowl, mix the mixture with the macadamia nuts and goji berries.
  • Shape small balls and brush with the coconut.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
