We are here again! Forgive the absence, but next week we are going to Germany and we have a thousand things to do before leaving. From this week we hope that things will return to normal or at least that we will not be so lost. ?

Pâtés are always very successful and we love them because they are easy to prepare and they are sooooo rich. They are perfect for breakfast, as a snack or for sandwiches. We have several recipes on the blog but they are high in fat, but this recipe is perfect and it is my favorite pâté so far.



  • 1 zanahoria
  • 225 g de tofu firme (1/2 libra)
  • 1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce
  • 4 cucharadas de levadura nutricional o de cerveza
  • 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja o tamari
  • 2 cucharadas de zumo de limón
  • 2 cucharadas de tahini (opcional)


  1. Wash the carrot, chop it and put it in a food processor or in a blender and blend for a few seconds. If the carrot is organic, you don’t need to peel it, if not, ideally you should.
  2. Add the tofu and mix again until it forms a paste.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until all the ingredients are well combined. If it’s too thick, add a little water.
  4. Keep the pâté in the fridge.
