- 2 glasses of basmati rice
- 2 glasses of red lentils
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of turmeric
Cook the rice and lentils separately, at least twenty minutes for the lentils.
Mix the rice and lentils, add the turmeric and salt and pass by blender until a consistent dough is achieved.
Make croquettes with the dough and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Fry in very hot oil, 23 minutes, until golden brown on both sides , and ready to serve.
