Italian Zucchini Stew


  • 1 four medium zucchini.
  • 3 one medium onion
  • 4 half marraqueta bread soaked in vegetable milk.
  • 5 shredded vegetable cheese
  • 6 vegetable oil or margarine, oregano, garlic or condiments to taste


Cook the pumpkins in squares, for 10 minutes. Once cooked, put them in a colander to remove the water and chop them finely with a knife.
