A quick & Easy way to make PERFECT mung beans in the Instant Pot every time, no soaking required! Only one ingredient and takes less than 25 minutes!

- 1 cup < span class ="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name">mung beans (green)
- 3 cups water < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredients-notes wprm-recipe-ingredients-notes-faded">(orVegetable Broth for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Add mung beans and water (or vegetable broth) to the Instant Pot and stir to prevent sticking. Pressure cook on high for 3-5 minutes (3 minutes for al dente, 5 minutes for softer // it takes about 8 minutes for the Instant Pot to pressurize before cooking begins).

- Once the timer is off, release it naturally for 10 minutes and then release the remaining pressure. Carefully remove the lid when all the steam has evaporated and drain off any excess cooking liquid.
