A fruity and slightly spicy red sangria with Spanish Tempranillo wine and lots of fruit. We like to call it 5 ingredient heaven.


  • 1 750 ml Bottle of Spanish red wine (we recommend El Cortijillo, Tempranillo 2011)
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredients-notes wprm-recipe-ingredients-notes-faded">(chopped // 1/2 pineapple makes about 1 cup or 165g)
  • 1 Average Orange (thinly sliced and then halved)
  • 1/2 < span class ="wprm-recipe-ingredients-unit">medium pear (cube)


  • Slice the fruit and place in a large pitcher.
  • Add orange juice and wine and stir.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve – 4-6 hours would be ideal to allow the flavors to blend. Drink within 1-2 days.
