Ingredients
- 2 cups soy ice cream
- 1/4 cup nuts or flakes of corn or ground biscuits
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- Agave nectar
- Chopped nuts
Preparation
In a small bowl, crush the fruits, flakes or cookies and mix with the cinnamon and cocoa.
Form balls with the ice cream and place in the freezer for 30 minutes .
Roll them through the previous preparation.
Return to the freezer for 30 minutes.
Serve in glasses with agave and more chopped fruits.
