You don’t like chickpeas? Me neither, but I promise you that you will love this recipe! If so, it’s possible!
To tell you the truth, I’ve never been a fan of hummus … Already chickpeas, basically, I find it sad to die for so why persist in want to feed on this stuff? Well, because it’s nutritious, it’s even a “proteaginous”. And in “protein”, there is “protein”. So I’ll let you guess why it’s useful to eat it.
Never mind, (yes I Googled the spelling of this expression, don’t laugh!) like Chickpeas are not the best taste, I offer you a recipe to brighten it up! Yeah, we’re nice at Patate & Pickle!
Ingredients
- Chickpea – 500 – 150 – 1
- Olive Oil – 8 (cL)
- salt
- pepper
- pine nuts

Preparation
- Cut the tomato in 4, remove the pulp and keep the flesh.
- Drain the chickpeas. In your blender, mix the chickpeas, tomato flesh, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a bowl and decorate with pine nuts.
- Serve it with toast or slices of rustic bread and enjoy!
