- 200 gr of cooked chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon toasted tahin
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin grain
- Vegetable baking leftovers
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Himalayan salt and pepper to taste.

In a bowl, put the chickpeas, the tahini, the chopped garlic clove, the lemon juice, the water, a pinch of salt and the cumin.
< p>Brush well with an arm blender or food processor until you get a homogeneous texture. we already have our hummus.
Place it on a plate and arrange the baked vegetables on top. you can heat them if you want and the recipe will be lukewarm.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle sweet paprika, salt and pepper.
